Mugabeism the ideology of Robert Gabriel Mugabe's Zimbabwe. It is authoritarian and black nationalist, and includes aspects of liberal socialism.

multiculturalism, after white racist terrorists sponsored by South Africa push him further culturally right and authoritarian. Some now consider him to be a 
Black Supremacist.
History
When Mugabe embraced African nationalism and anti-colonialism during the 1960s, Sabelo J. Ndlovu-Gatsheni characterized his ideologies as "Mugabeism", a populist movement that was "marked by ideological simplicity, emptiness, vagueness, imprecision, and multi-class character".
Robert Mugabe has been in power in Zimbabwe since 1980, and, now in his nineties, shows no wish to retire. He died in 2017.
